The interlocking three-ring motif became one of the most recognisable visual signatures of Links of London, appearing across necklaces, bracelets, rings and other jewellery.
This Signature Three Ring Bracelet uses that motif three times, spacing the open interlocking rings around a fine sterling silver chain to create a bracelet that is light in construction but immediately recognisable as part of the wider Signature design language.
A surviving unworn example also helps document the proportions, adjustable sizing and later-production markings of the design.

The Links of London Signature Three Ring Motif
The defining feature of the bracelet is the repeated three-ring motif.
Each element is formed from three interlocking polished silver rings and measures approximately 14mm wide × 6mm high.
Rather than concentrating the design into a single central pendant, the bracelet uses three separate Signature motifs spaced around the chain. This distributes the decorative elements across the wrist while preserving the open, lightweight character of the design.

Three Signature Motifs on a Fine Silver Chain
The motifs are connected by a fine sterling silver chain measuring approximately 1.4mm wide.
This relatively delicate chain contrasts with the larger open-ring elements, allowing the Signature motifs to remain the dominant feature without giving the bracelet excessive visual weight.
The three elements also move naturally with the bracelet rather than being held rigidly in position, adding subtle movement when worn.

Adjustable Bracelet Length
A surviving example documented by Links London can be worn at three different lengths:
- 17cm
- 19cm
- 21cm
The three adjustment points give the bracelet a useful range of fits while retaining the same arrangement of Signature motifs.
This is an important distinction when documenting Links of London jewellery: the dimensions of the decorative elements and the wearable size of the bracelet are separate characteristics and should be recorded independently.

Later Links of London Markings
The documented bracelet is hallmarked LL, 925 but carries no date letter.
This marking format is consistent with later Links of London production, although without a dated hallmark a precise year should not be assigned to the individual bracelet.
The absence of a date letter also illustrates why surviving physical examples need to be documented carefully rather than assigned an approximate year simply from their design.

An Unworn Vintage Example
The example documented here is particularly useful because it remains in new and unworn vintage condition.
Its original security tag is still attached, providing unusually clear evidence that the bracelet was never put into normal wear despite now being a vintage piece.
This distinction matters. Vintage describes the age and period of the object; it does not necessarily mean that the jewellery itself has been worn.

Original Packaging and Storage
The bracelet survives with a vintage oval Links of London presentation box.
The box shows light signs of age from years of storage, while the bracelet itself remains unworn. This contrast is common with surviving vintage stock, where packaging can record the passage of time more visibly than the jewellery it protected.

Signature as Jewellery, Not Simply Branding
The three-ring device is important because it moved beyond being merely a graphic identifier for Links of London.
In the Signature jewellery, the motif itself became the object: enlarged, polished and incorporated directly into rings, necklaces and bracelets.
This bracelet demonstrates that approach particularly clearly. Three repetitions of the same motif are enough to create the complete design, with very little additional decoration required.

Documenting the Signature Three Ring Bracelet
The surviving bracelet provides a useful physical reference for the design through its 14mm × 6mm three-ring motifs, fine 1.4mm sterling silver chain and three wearable lengths of 17cm, 19cm and 21cm.
An original product reference and retail price for this exact silver bracelet have not yet been recovered, so the design is documented through its established Signature identity and surviving physical characteristics.
It remains a particularly clear example of how Links of London transformed one of its defining visual signatures into understated sterling silver jewellery.
