Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless found to be faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Return instructions will then be provided.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are reviewed and processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
