This vintage heart charm was originally formed in sterling silver and has been professionally cleaned, polished and plated in 18ct yellow gold vermeil.
Its rounded heart form can be worn from a charm bracelet or necklace. A 7mm sterling silver split ring is included for attachment to a Sweetie bracelet.
