One of the most distinctive designs from the original Links of London collections, this Vintage Links of London Effervescence Star Bracelet is the 17cm version of the sculptural sterling silver design.

The bracelet is formed from closely arranged star-shaped silver beads, creating a dense, tactile surface around the wrist. The Effervescence collection drew its visual language from the movement and sparkle of champagne bubbles, translating that sense of celebration into rounded, repeating silver forms.

This example measures approximately 17cm and is marked LL, 925 but carries no date letter. Because no date letter is present, we do not assign a specific production year to this bracelet.

It has been professionally cleaned and polished and is in good vintage condition, with a bright silver finish that allows the sculptural surface of the star beads to be fully appreciated.

The bracelet is supplied in a genuine vintage Links of London presentation box. The box shows signs of age-related wear from storage and previous use, consistent with original vintage packaging.

The Effervescence Design

The Effervescence bracelet is built from hundreds of small sculptural silver forms arranged closely together to create a continuous textured surface.

Rather than relying on a single central motif, the design achieves its character through repetition. The individual star-like beads combine into a bracelet that feels substantial and almost fluid, with light moving continuously across the polished silver.

The original collection associated this repeated form with the sparkle and movement of champagne bubbles, an idea that helped make Effervescence one of the more recognisable Links of London jewellery families.

The 17cm Version

At approximately 17cm, this example is smaller than the 18cm version also documented in The Vault.

Because the bracelet is elasticated, it stretches over the hand before returning to its resting circumference. As with all fitted vintage bracelets, we recommend checking the intended wrist measurement before purchase.

An Undated Example

The bracelet is marked LL, 925, confirming the Links of London sponsor mark and sterling silver fineness, but there is no date letter present.

Without a date letter, an exact production year cannot be established from the hallmark alone. We therefore describe this simply as a vintage example rather than assigning it a speculative date.
