Vintage Links of London Classic Sweetie Bracelet Small 15cm Sterling Silver

An original example of one of the most recognisable Links of London designs, this Vintage Links of London Classic Sweetie Bracelet is the Small 15cm size, constructed from the familiar Classic Sweetie sterling silver rings.

The bracelet uses individual polished rings measuring approximately 7mm in outer diameter × 2mm thick, closely threaded around its elastic core to create the substantial, flexible form associated with the Classic Sweetie.

This example is marked LL, 925 but carries no date letter. Its branded toggle design is characteristic of later Links of London production, so we describe it as a later-production model rather than assigning an unsupported exact year.

The hallmarked section also carries a separate oval identification tag. One side is marked S925, while the reverse carries the Links of London three-ring logo.

The bracelet has been professionally cleaned and polished and is in good vintage condition. Signs of age and previous wear remain visible, particularly to the branded toggle, and form part of the history of this original piece.

The Classic Sweetie Bracelet

The Classic Sweetie is built from closely arranged sterling silver rings threaded around an elastic centre. This gives the bracelet its distinctive weight and polished appearance while allowing it to stretch over the hand for wear.

The approximately 7mm × 2mm rings identify this as the Classic form rather than one of the smaller or larger Sweetie variations.

Small 15cm Fit

This bracelet has an approximate 15cm inner fit and is intended for a petite wrist.

Because Sweetie bracelets stretch over the hand but return towards their resting circumference when worn, we recommend checking the intended wrist measurement before purchase rather than relying solely on conventional Small sizing.

A Later Production Example

The bracelet carries the LL sponsor mark and 925 sterling silver mark but no date letter.

Its style of branded toggle and accompanying S925 logo tag are associated with later Links of London production. Without a date letter, however, an exact production year cannot be established from the bracelet itself, so no speculative date is assigned.

Condition

The bracelet has been professionally cleaned and polished and presents in good vintage condition.

There are signs of previous age and wear, particularly around the branded toggle. These remain visible after professional cleaning and polishing and are consistent with an original bracelet that has been worn rather than preserved as unused stock.

The bracelet is supplied in a genuine vintage Links of London oval bracelet box from the period.

The box shows marks and general age-related wear from years of storage and handling and should therefore be regarded as original vintage packaging rather than new presentation material.
